We too are God's "beloved"
The words of God at the Theophany of Jesus remind us that we are to "be-loved" so we can authentically love others. Authentic love is both joyful and sacrificial. We love as we have been loved by Christ. The Catholic experiences this authentic love in the Sacraments of the Church.

I did not understand why this is a Christmas feast, but I may be having an Epiphany on that. Be-loved!
